Money and death
Malcolm did well in his furniture shop one night. He made 15,000 simoleans. He’s decided that he’ll get his daughter, Celine, to help him out to avoid paying anyone. I doubt Celine will be allowed to go to college. She’s been out shopping for clothes and mobile phone and has changed her image somewhat (sorry no pic).
Malcolm’s mother, Jancine, died.

She had just got up to attend to her granddaughter, Brittany. She was 71.
Another business
Jancine had gone, leaving her son with Malcolm and Christa. Christa and Malcolm still weren’t on good enough terms to sleep together again, so Malcolm concentrated on his businesses. He sold the restaurant – too much work and expense involved, and bought a clothes shop (Cover Me Clothing). He will be an elder very soon.
Malcolm junior grew into a teen.

He’s a bit better looking that his father.
[Despite selling property Malcolm still has the deeds to the properties. Perhaps he should buy back the real estate office.]
